Cerc de todo y además muy seguro a pesar que no tienen front desk la ayuda fue inmediata por texto o teléfono. "

"No one there to check me in. The man behind the bar spoke no English and couldn’t be bothered to help. He said 1:30, I came back at 1:30 and he waved me off saying something in Spanish, then he watched tv while I waited. I tried using google translate to ask when someone could check me in, but he couldn’t be bothered to help. Finally around 2:00 he was joined by a lady in a white smock, I showed her the google translate and she checked me in and took me to my room. The room was cold, window open, heater was not working, towels were like sandpaper. I had to leave the key outside the front door to the building since the place was all locked up and I needed the key to get out. Very lax management, bad experience overall "

"Second time around... Every thing was great, except; 1). Room was listed as 2 single beds, 1 full bed... It was not! Only one full bed. 2). Requested a room on higher floors & in the back... Got a room in the front"
