"I really enjoyed my rest here after my Camino de Santiago. It was small, but I was solo and didn't need much room. It was facing to the inside so very quiet. It's placed on a small quiet street. A little hard to find, but once you get used to it, no problem. Everywhere is relatively close in Santiago old town."

"It was not a hotel, it was an apartment. There was no reception so we had to figure out who to call when we got there then had to wait 15 minutes for her to arrive. The location is wrong on the hotels.com map and the address is incorrect on the confirmation email. We eventually found it by putting the name into Google maps which is not what you want after already having walked 25km on the Camino trail (ironically the property is directly on the Camino trail). "The receptionist was very help and she provided us with a kettle when we asked for a hot water due to the weather was cold and wet after our 25km Camino walk from Padron . "

"The area near the hotel was a little bit noisy. The room I was in had a riser pillar right next to the bed, which gurgled when water moved through it. Apart from that, it was a good place to stay before starting my Camino. "

"Anosa Casa is an old property in the Old Town area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they care about their property and it shows, it is clean, fresh and beautifully kept. We found it very convenient for the cathedral and for everything else we wanted to explore. "

"This was a weird set up. Once I got into my room, I was pleased, but the check in process was confusing and frustrating. I think they should post instructions on the site before you book, and if you do book, send the check in instructions beforehand so you don’t have to rely on other travelers to let you in. "

"The stay was really lovely! The host is amazing and so kind. He was really helpful the whole time, from check in to morning coffee and breakfast to getting us things like a bucket of ice. Always with a smile and kind spirit. The room was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Great stay."

"Very clean, good room, beeds too narrow. The worst is that the bathroom had a problem with its venting. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the fumes in. "

"It's a shame this "warehouse -looking" building isn't landscaped. Adding some flower boxes, even though in a "depressed" area of the town, would add to the ambiance of the hotel. Modern and contemporary is great; but it needs a sense of warmth. Maybe having a friendly face at the front desk would help (No personal desk person for check-in is unnerving in a strange/remote town.)"
