"We waited until checkin time only to have to wait longer because our room wasn’t ready. However, two guests (one was a large group) came after us and were checked in immediately! No wait time at all! Hmmm! Please make sure all rooms are ready BEFORE guests arrive! No calls should be made when guests arrive to see if the room is ready! There were enough hotel workers just leisurely browsing around that can assist with rooms being prepared for arriving guests! I’ve never seen so many hotel workers browsing around like that! "

"Hello, This motel for my one night stay on June 28th checked all of my boxes. All of the staff were extremely polite and friendly at check in and check out. The entire room was typical but most importantly very clean with a comfortable bed…and I can be a little picky! The room rate was a bargain and I have often stayed in more expensive motels that are not comparable in any facet to Econolodge Cumberland. Great proximity to I95.
