PALAZZI ROSSI 3 - FIOCCO

Condominium building located in the Zona Nuova district, more precisely in the Palazzi Rossi. The strategic position allows you to reach the Pineta di Ponente and the beach, both free and equipped, in a few minutes to enjoy long days of sun and relaxation. But it doesn't end there: in the surrounding area you will find everything you need, supermarket near the house, market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and much more. The center can be reached by walking along the seafront for a few minutes.
Fiocco is a delightful air-contidioned studio apartment located on the first floor with lift, ideal for beach holidays.
It consists of a dining area, a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a small room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. From the living area there is access to a large panoramic terrace with awning, equipped to enjoy your meals outdoors and relax after a day at the seaside.
Linen is not provided (only on specific request).
