This is a beautiful, remodeled condo with spectacular views only 1 mile from Folly Beach and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lanes in both directions from the condo. Kayak and Paddleboard rentals across the street as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

The condo is stocked with quality linens/towels, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergents including beach chairs and beverage cooler.

Enjoy the sandy shore of Folly Beach or a day at historic downtown Charleston then relax in the evening with spectacular sunsets views overlooking the Clark Sound marsh and wildlife.

Assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking spaces.
This property is up 4 flights of stairs which has 45 steps, no elevator. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Cozy apartment

Great place for a staycation for our anniversary. Nice view from balcony. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Short drive to Folly for the beach and great food.

Great spot near the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach! The condo was perfect for our family of three and gave everyone space. The kitchen was well equipped and the couches were super comfortable. Great location just a short drive to Folly as well as downtown Charleston.

We enjoyed our trip. The stay was nice as well. However the AC didn’t seem to work properly. My husband and I both woke up every night hot. And the light fixture in the second bedroom appeared to be just literally hanging on by the wires. Idk. Cute fixture though. And clean place.

Short stay just what we needed

Quick 3 day holiday, one day in Charleston, one day in Folly. Small space but perfect for me and my daughter during her fall break. 2 Beds super comfy. Quiet place. Stairs should not be taken lightly! Would come again!

Great Spot

We had a great time at Folly Beach! I recommend driving to beach - so much easier but can bike with gear as well. We love Isla surf school and Rita’s. Condo was very clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Sunsets very beautiful!! Highly recommend condo.

LOVED this property. Sizable rooms, very clean, super big balcony with comfortable furniture, and covered parking. I traveled for work, and it was nice and quiet, along with being close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, and local gyms. 10/10, highly recommend.

Cozy, clean, and convenient

We had a great stay at Folly! The condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. We all slept well in the comfy beds, and the couch was the perfect place to cozy up with a book. It was an easy drive to downtown Charleston, while offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Jennifer and Tim went above and beyond to be great hosts, and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We have mixed reviews for our stay at this condo. The good...everything was clean, easy to check in/out, short drive to Folly. The not so good...road noise was an issue for the person staying in the porch side room (heard noise at various times during the night), and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was not working when we arrived (was fixed the next day, but we had already decided to move to another location).

Charleston SC need I say more

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was extremely clean. Everything was very orderly. Place was in tip top shape. I had contacted the hostess a few times with question, she got back to me very quick. The unit was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/towels etc, very impressed..I have absolutely no complaints or any negatives. I will recommend to my friends and would stay here again.

Excellent location and patio views!!!!!!

We loved this condo!!! I travel an ton and highly rate this location. Great views from the patio while sipping on a morning coffee or evening beverage! We loved walking the neighborhood and even walked to the beach one day. Also VERY easy to drive and park at the beach for those that are not walkers like us. Super modern condo decorated beautifully with a modern beachy vibe. Highly recommend. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful beach condo!

This was the perfect condo for our trip to South Carolina! Great space and ALL the amenities that you need for a beach stay. Very convenient to all the sights in and around Charleston. You can’t get better than the Folly Beach vibe~ it truly makes you want to slow down and relax. The one negative (which I was aware of before booking) are the stairs up to the condo. It is in the top floor and for those that are challenged with mobility it could be an issue. I have a bad knee and hip, but I navigated ok, but took my time going up and down. Once you get into the condo it was completely worth it! We even had groceries delivered and the fantastic delivery gal brought them up all the flights of stairs 😁

Excellent location for Folly or Charleston. Private balcony with awesome marsh views. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lolo's restaurant across the street had amazing food and a great view from the deck. I would definitely stay again!

Fun at Folly

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s property! It’s a very quick drive to the beach and restaurants at Folly but far enough away to provide peace and quiet and nice views of the marsh. It’s only a 20 min. drive to Charleston so we were able to enjoy a nice balance of beach and city. The property had two nice bedrooms and all the amenities we needed.

Dave Matthew’s Band and Sun

Came for a long weekend as we were in town to see Dave Matthew’s. Wanted to be out of downtown and relax. This was a great space!! Away from the crowds at beach but a mile from the beach! Easy access and close to kayaking. We saw the sunsets from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable space! The host had everything we needed.We look forward to returning!
