Welcome to 7 Turtle Bay on Folly Beach! Enjoy panoramic Folly river views from the community pool. Fish the river from the community dock with fishing rods and equipment found in the garage. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage in each closet to unpack and settle in. Each bedroom is accompanied by a full bathroom, so everyone has their space. Conversations flow seamlessly through the open floor plan on the first floor and out onto the screen porch. For a little privacy or just want a different viewpoint, escape to the private balcony off the second floor master bedroom.

Stir up a delicious family meal with kitchen gadgets, Keurig, pots, pans, and utensils provided. Find all the necessary serveware to dish out your creation to your hungry guests. Need inspiration? Try your hand at a quick 30-minute, or southern recipe found in one of the cookbooks. Gather around the 6-person dining table for dinner or nightly card games. Keep the family chef company sitting on the 2 bar stools at the kitchen island.

Cozy up in the living room on the couches. Large flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player can keep you up to date with your shows and entertainment at night, or on the rare rainy day. Hardwood floors run throughout the main living areas of the first floor, giving the townhouse a fresh feel. Beachy, island decor creates a welcoming ambiance. Head out onto the screen porch, accessible from the living room, to kick back and enjoy the Folly breeze on the cushioned patio furniture.

Master bedroom on the second floor holds 1 king bed with a flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet to hold all of your belongings. Through the closet, find the large ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, garden tub, and double sinks. Relax with your coffee or a cocktail on the private balcony. Down the hall, you'll find the closet holding the full size washing machine and dryer, as well as the second bedroom. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed, lots of closet storage space, and a TV. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination is ensuite with this queen bedroom. Third bedroom is on the first floor, also with 1 queen bed, closet, and a TV. Third full bathroom has another tub/shower combination, and is accessible from the first floor bedroom and the hallway. All lamps are USB compatible for easy device charging. Plush bath towels and high-end linens are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Available parking for up to 3 vehicles; 1-2 vehicles can park in the garage, and the third will fit in the covered car port. Have fun in the sand and surf using the provided beach chairs, beach cart, and some water toys. Catch a big one with the fishing rods, lures, line, buckets, traps, and other tackle found in the garage. Feel free to use the metal detector to try your luck at finding some hidden treasure on the beach. Fishing licenses can be obtained at Walmart, located 3 miles from the island, or the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, at the center of town. Small, foot wash-off can be found to rinse your feet or beach items off just outside the back garage door, on the ground level patio.

Eat at one of the local restaurants, shop at the surf and souvenir shops, stroll down the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, and listen for live music on Center Street, the downtown area of Folly Beach. Visit the picturesque Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far, east end of the island for a tranquil walk and shelling. Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the seasonal markets. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-minute drive to historic tours, harbor walks, carriage rides, world-class dining, boutique shopping, and the South Carolina Aquarium.

7 Turtle Bay is not pet-friendly and non-smoking. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, free WIFI, cable TV, DVD player, 3 car parking, beach and fishing equipment, golf cart rental, high-end linens and towels, starter amenity kits for the bathrooms and the kitchen, hair dryers, full-size washing machine and dryer, central heat and air conditioning. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Surveillance devices are present on the property for security purposes. These devices are not actively recording the property at all times. One camera is located in the carport. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
