"Beautiful view of the ocean and very friendly staff. In walking proximity to everything and a short drive to Charlestown. We will definitely be back. 2 negatives- only one elevator was working and it’s slow. Also it’s really loud at night- you can hear the music from the strip but it ends by 11. "

"This was one of the most accommodating, comfortable beach houses we have stayed in. I loved the beautiful wooden floors and fun ceiling fans especially. The outside sitting area offered shade and an entertainment space. Also, it was nice to be away from down town- but only 5 blocks. The public beach access at 5th and 6th streets are less congested than closer to the pier. In the future, I’d rent(?) a golf cart— but that’s just bc of parking and running to the beach/market. "

"Parking was difficult. Apparently, our room didn't qualify for driveway parking; we had to park on the street. Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. Nice elderly ladies, one told me she was in her 80's, cleaned and stocked continental breakfast. Easy to talk with, but kept telling me how exhausted she was having to work. I felt sorry for her, but... The Old Porch room was unexpectantly VERY small. Good for a single traveler, not a couple. We were reassured to see the cockroach traps set."

"House was beautiful with plenty of space. The porch with rockers had a perfect view of the beach. Beach access was literally across the street. All three generations of our group said they would definitely stay there again. "

"The top corner unit was a perfect size for two people who want their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The area was quiet and the view very nice. Everything worked out great. We had a nice lunch at Lolo's; it wasn't overcrowded like other places we tried. "

"The location is fantastic and parking is available. Just be aware there is not a freezer. There’s a small dorm size refrigerator. There is not a washer and dryer. However, the manager replaced the towels halfway through the week when I requested. The Internet can be a little spotty. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. It’s an old school beach vibe house. Truly, though the location is great"
