"The free food and drink was great and always available. The cable tv was out and we got no notice. I understand there are issues out of your control but let us know. The door to the room was difficult to open, had to kick it. Bedside lamp was not working properly. Would have been a 5 without a couple of these minor issues. Will stay again."

"Lovely space - really suitable for two people - in a quiet location that is very convenient to Charleston. The city is minutes away, as is the beach at Sullivan's Island. Would happily return. Using the assigned parking space seems important - we ticked off a neighbour by parking on the street when someone else had slipped into our space."

"My husband and I took a long weekend trip to Charleston from Boston and the Crescent Moon was perfect! We were walking distance to local coffee shops and amazing dinner around the corner (Southend - wow!). We walked home from King Street some nights and other days took Lime bikes that were nearby. Great quiet location, safe, convenient, clean and comfy. We'd go back."

"I cannot recommend this place enough! I am a local James Islander whose condo is under reconstruction, and I work from home. This little cottage is nestled in the back of a fenced in private property in a very convenient location, and it has been my home away from home while I’m “homeless.” I just rebooked this place for a third time during my condo’s reconstruction process because I love it so much. "Brought three kids down to visit our oldest at the college of Charleston wanted some space to lounge out other then a hotel but didn’t want to spend our whole budget on lodging! Quick 10 minute drive to downtown. Space Bigger then pictures. Neighborhood looks a little sketch but everyone was nice and we felt safe! Nice to have parking. You can tell they are really working on improving the area. Brewery’s in North Charleston only 5 minutes away! Enjoyed our stay !"

"We had a great experience staying here. Sarah is a host who will go above and beyond to help - and she was always quick to respond. The location was perfect! Most activities were 10-15 min away. We stayed here with our 4 year old, and we had plenty of space. Access to the neat backyard was also very much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The parking carousel made parking easy, and the room had a Dyson hair dryer and a fully functioning kitchen— way better than your typical hotels.
