"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The hotel is very nicely appointed. The location is wonderful, near the City Market, water, restaurants, shopping and points of interest. The morning offers a continental breakfast which was satisfactory and sufficient. The afternoon offers a wine and cheese hour which was also satisfying. There is major construction going on within the building however it did not affect our stay.
