Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. "Tastefully decorated and immaculate loft space, just perfect for two. We’ve stayed in Charleston multiple times over the last 20 years, but never in this area. Great proximity to all the things we like to do but in a quiet, uncrowded neighborhood with great shops and restaurants. Loved the style of the loft and its amenities (comfortable bedding)! Kit and Judy were easily accessible and helpful. Thank you!"

"This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. We would book Zen Deck again. "

"The location of this condo in Charleston is perfect for getting around the city, shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. It is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The interior is slightly claustrophobic...windows look out on brick walls, no natural light to speak of. But, if you need two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as we did...it fits the bill. The management was very kind and returned a nightie I left in my room! That kind of follow through is surprisingly rare these days."

"This is a great location just out the downtown area minutes area from everything. The neighborhood had quaint restaurants tucked away which were close and easy to get to and the main streets were so accessible and minutes away. The hosts was so accommodating and helpful. This place was darling and had everything we needed and more and was clean as a whistle. We would certainly recommend it and would stay here again when we get the chance to go back!"

"Very nice, updated, private unit. Spacious for two people! It would be helpful to have a flag or some sort of sign to identify the driveway. My only issue was the room deodorizer. I could not sleep in the bedroom because of the smell - even after removing the deodorizers. I recommend asking guest about that prior to move in."

This one offered a glimpse into the city's captivating historical and architectural past -- all while being located within a relatively short walk of wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee houses.
