"The location of the property was fantastic with only a very short walk to the beach. The property is a little dated and being on the first floor, you can hear the people above you. However, you can overlook those few things because overall, it's a clean place, great location and the property owners were very responsive with clear instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Charleston and will be back. "

"The unit is very nice, clean, and well furnished. It is a split unit house with a rental on the 2nd floor which can cause noise from above. Will depend on who rents the upstairs when you are there but we got woke up at 5:30 in the morning with people walking around that is impossible to not notice. "
