"Everything was pretty great about the staff and the rooms. The only issue we had was the noise level at night. We could hear noises from the rooms all around us, especially on the other side of the connecting door. The AC doesn't have a fan setting, so we couldn't use that for white noise, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. I would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring my own white noise."

"Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice."

"The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. It is more of a corporate comfortable setting. I did enjoy the food here. Parking was convenient. Overall good experience but I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a family friendly environment. It definitely draws a more mature crowd and the vibe is low key."
