It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. "Unique place that gets a lot right. Well located to be in walking distance of most of the historic district and many nearby restaurants and bars. Well done restoration of a mansion.
