"The house has everything you need all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures. we were 10 and it was big, so you did not feel like on top of each other. Downstairs was great plenty of parking and the Grill super clean. The bathroom outside is great especially if you come from the beach. Inside the Kitchen had more dishes and pots i have seen ever :) plenty of coffee filters/salt/oil/and plenty of beach towels to use. We will definitely be back. Great House"

"Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful, low key, comfortable stay!!! Lovely breakfast, lots of choices of yogurt, juices, bagels, coffee, tea, granola, pastries, and best of all a large selection of fresh fruit. Would go back again!"

"This was hands down the most magical place to stay. Our rooms have a view of the water/marina where we can’t drank our coffee and watched the dolphins every morning. The staff was above and beyond helpful and they included breakfast, snacks and a midday charcuterie board with wine. It’s a 20 min drive to downtown Charleston so you have the best of both worlds- historic Charleston with the beach at Folly. We will definitely be back!"

"Love the location, so close to everything and right on the beach! Furnishings were average, but we didn't spend a bunch of time in the room, we were there for the beach. Comfortable place and felt like we were part of the beach. Our host was very friendly and attentive."
