"Overall our visit was a great experience! Very clean - helpful friendly staff Beachview was great although the balcony wasn't wide enough for a chair- the door to the balcony was extremely hard to open! It was great to have Starbucks in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel! Parking was very convenient."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beach front home in August 2026! It was perfect for my husband and me, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Great deck where we could sit and watch the waves with a great view. The home was clean and pet-friendly and close to the center of Folly. Beach chairs and towels were plentiful and a nice addition so we did not have to bring our own. Alicia was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions I had."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach along with the great shops, restaurants and local spots that make Folly so much fun. If you’re hesitant because of some of the reviews mentioning Chico Feo across the street, don’t be! We actually enjoyed hearing the live music which was really good and never seemed overly loud or active. It just added to the fun Beachtown vibe. One of our favorite perks was having Bert’s Market just steps away being open 24/7 was incredibly convenient for late night snacks and anything we forgot to pack. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to any couple looking for fun walkable beach getaway."

"Great little bed-and-breakfast with small rooms or cottages on the marsh side of Folly Beach. The staff is amazing especially grandma. Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything"

Oceanfront Family Retreat with Kids' Amenities & Stunning Views

"Please note there are alot of stairs before you can enter the house. Be prepared . Also there is a room full of sand covered equipment on the 1st floor. Tons of sand...needs to be cleaned out. No need to bring beach toys..great location, minor repairs need to be made, chairs on balcony had pieces broken, bunk bed room entry to bathroom had wooden slat loose, wireless connectivity is spotty..great beach"

"VERY NICE PROPERTY. THE BIGGEST THING THAT WAS OVERLOOKED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS THERE ISN'T AN ELEVATOR AND UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR. THAT INFORMATION WAS OVERLOOKED BY ME. GREAT PLACE TO STAY."
