"We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great lay out. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning to have our breakfast and coffee. The view was spectacular. My husband and I enjoyed the bike trail right outside the condo. We could pedal into Folley beach pretty easy. This saved us a lot of parking money when we went to the ocean. Would definitely stay again."

"Our view was amazing, we were a very short walk from the beach (and an even shorter walk to the shops on main), and our hosts had many amenities we didn’t even know about from the booking. They provided happy hour drinks, fresh breakfast, free water bottles, and even golf cart rides to and from the beach. They were also incredibly kind and helpful any time we had questions. I wouldn’t change a single thing about our stay and will be coming back here next time I and my wife plan on coming back to Charleston."

"We went to the office to check-in and there was no staff around. I called the number on the board and texted letting them know that we have arrived and at the office waiting to check-in. There was a sign at the door saying that I should go my itinerary and the "messages" to see the messages sent to me. The don't know what they were talking about because I have the information I need to check-in and I didn't see any messages. Finally the lady working answered my phone and she said that she sent me information via text. I never got anything. She finally made it to the office and she texted me the information she was talking about, that's when I received it. Other than the waiting, the Inn was good and they have friendly staff."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The location could not have been more perfect. We were able to easily walk to the beach along with the great shops, restaurants and local spots that make Folly so much fun. If you’re hesitant because of some of the reviews mentioning Chico Feo across the street, don’t be! We actually enjoyed hearing the live music which was really good and never seemed overly loud or active. It just added to the fun Beachtown vibe. One of our favorite perks was having Bert’s Market just steps away being open 24/7 was incredibly convenient for late night snacks and anything we forgot to pack. The house was comfortable, clean and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to any couple looking for fun walkable beach getaway."

"The views are amazing and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy parking and beach access and perfect spot in Folly, walkable to everything. More than 2 people would be tough (sofa bed is pretty worn out). Host was great and communication was excellent. It is a shared laundry room so just make sure to lock the laundry room door because the laundry room connects to the apartment next door."
