"The beach location and access was great and right there at the pier. Room was very clean and all the staff was so nice and helpful.everything was great 👍. Would definately stay there again if I come this way. Excellent beach"

"A gem! The breakfast each morning was delicious and they had a wide variety of food while being sensitive to dietary restrictions. They served wine and snacks in the evening. The room was clean and had a great setup with a nice screened-in balcony and fireplace. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very close to the beach (they have bikes to ride over there and beach towels to borrow!). Parking right on site and a pretty view of the marina. We were so happy with our stay!!"

Riverside Inn and Cottages

"We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The next morning was a great surprise. There was a little kitchen with a full breakfast buffet laid out with pastries, toast, muffins, coffee, juices, fruit, yogurt, and cereals! We were totally surprised it was nice talking to the other guest and being with the lady that ran the kitchen and the dining area. Everybody was very sweet and it was like we were staying in a guest house! Just beautiful, we will stay here again next time."

"Our recent stay was simply incredible! The ocean views were stunning, the house was immaculate (pictures don't do it justice), extremely well equipped, and the communication with the host/management company exceeded our expectations. If the on line pictures of this house caught your eye - don't look any further as it is simply better in person. If you feel like cooking - the kitchen has everything (and more) than you need. There is even an extra refrigerator under the house which was great for the drinks we brought to the beach. The provided beach chairs were top quality if you are looking to spend lazy days on the beach (which is beautiful).Thank you for a wonderful stay. We rented the house for the week of our daughters wedding and enjoyed the calm relaxation of the beach leading up to wedding day. And the morning of the wedding - we had amazing pictures of the bride getting ready."

Peaceful with Most Spectacular Views Fun in Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

"Everything was just as described on the listing. Perfect for four adults. We didn't spend a lot of time here as we used it as a landing base for evenings, but it was just what we wanted. Even though there is not a table, we had no problems playing a card game on the counter. We didn't use the porch, but the views are beautiful."

"Beautiful home - even better than pics. Perfect spot for our family vacation with a couple of toddlers. Supplied with everything we needed - including high chairs, etc. Quiet neighborhood and amazing views from the deck/pool."
