Live like a local in this warm and welcoming cottage located on a very convenient and friendly street in Folly Beach. You'll really enjoy this fun "Folly Style" original property with so much to offer that you may not want to leave. Especially when you'll most probably get to know the many of the locals strolling by, running, biking, golf carting, or walking their "pups". They're very friendly and love to help visitors and make them feel welcomed.

I think you'll also enjoy the landscaping complete with Azaleas, Confederate Jasmine, Roses, Honeysuckle, ferns, with seasonal fruit trees and flowers. At night the "Lil Pearl" comes alive, yes with a unique purple lit sidewalk. Landscape lighting, and other outdoor lights make your stay fun, festive and not very easy to miss at night. You can always find your way "home".

Much effort and attention has been put forth to make this house enjoyable for you and your party. I have 2 vacation properties at Folly Beach, and I try to do everything possible to make my guests comfortable and ensure you have a wonderful vacation experience. Watch out if you visit during a holiday because it will most probably decorated for you!

This fun and cheerful cottage is painted using light, fresh, iridescent colors that are sure to relax you and put you in a great mood to enjoy" Folly". The furnishings are up to date with style and your comfort in mind. Central heat and air have been added and ceiling fans are in LR and the 2 BRs for your additional comfort.
The kitchen is a nice size, cozy, fresh and well equipped for any meal you wish to prepare. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, bake wear, crock pots, blender, Keurig, coffee pots, coffee bean grinder, pots, and even a George Foreman indoor grilling for a quick and easy meal. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar is available for inside dining.

The Master BR has a comfortable queen bed, and the 2nd BR has a comfortable full-sized bed. Both bedrooms have upscaled bed linens and plenty of drawer space. You also get ample towels, face towels, and wash clothes for the length of your visit. The room's furnishings are very nicely appointed with black out curtains AND blinds for a restful sleep.

On the deck, a private, spacious, and enclosed outdoor shower has just been added with hot and cold water for a quick refreshing shower after the beach or just to help get everyone ready for the day or evening. Also located on the deck is a gazebo to relax under and "people watch", cook out on the grill, dine or, build a fire in the outdoor Chimenea, if weather permitting, maybe just listen to the rain on the tin roof.
Much thought, time, and preparation has been given to this little cottage for your escape and I want you to be very pleased with your selection of the "Lil Pearl". The mission of this property is to help you feel like you are experiencing something very different, fun, and comfortable while feeling "at home" during your much deserved "time off" with your friends and family.

Two off street parking spaces are available with 2 additional spaces on the corner of street next door. With this location, you can just park your car and walk it, bike it, rent a golf cart and slowly ride it. You'll sure to see a lot more interesting sights, as you don't want to miss a thing.

The Lil' Pearl is a great spot for a smaller family or 4 adults with overflow on the full pull-out sofa in the living room for 2 additional guests.

Lay back and enjoy the easy feeling of 'Old Folly' that you'll certainly experience at the Lil' Pearl '. You'll love how centrally located you will be by being so close to the beach, parks, and the business district with all of the shopping and restaurants.
You're going to enjoy the simplicity of this little cottage. Bert's, our local grocery store and the 'adult beverage' store is few blocks away they never close. They have great "eats", too. A park with basketball courts, tennis, a skateboard park and outdoor play equipment for the kids is only 3 blocks away. Next door to the park is social treat for your 4 legged "child" which is a "doggy" park.

"Rest assured" I have the "Lil Pearl" treated for mosquitoes and pests on a regular basis. As you may know, the South is known for certain critters that are most unpleasant and that we want to avoid. My Pest Management Company is on call for the "Lil Pearl" at all times. No worries.

Since there's only 1 step up to the house, it's a "God send" WHEN you're unloading your luggage and groceries or" just don't t to do steps". Another plus for saving this cottage! After living in the 'air' for 26 yrs. (referring to 13-foot pilings that new homes are now required to place their 1st floors upon) I do appreciate this great feature and I think you will, too.
When you do have to leave the "Lil Pearl", I hopefully, you'll have experienced "Folly" as it is and discovered a place that's special, fun, eclectic, and just easy. if so, I know you'll want to return to" Folly"" and hopefully back to the "Lil Pearl, as well.
