"We only stayed here one night before traveling to a wedding about an hour away, but the stay was wonderful. The room with clean and well kept and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! It is a bit of a walk from some of the city’s attractions, but there is a tram stop just a 2 minute walk away and the area is lovely and very walkable. Have already recommended to friends who need a place to stay on their return travel home."

The staff was super helpful and friendly and helped us book a 4 am cab. They even packed a to-go breakfast for us to wish us well on our way. "Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in. Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance. Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre. We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool. The family room we had was two enormous Rooms very spacious. Second room had space for three kids. Wonderful hotel would recommend and return if I was ever going back to Florence"

"Very nice accommodations, with a wonderful view of Florence. I could see the dome while lying on my bed (see picture). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Public transport is very efficient in Florence and there's a bus stop right at the entrance to the hotel. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for 2 nights visiting Florence. Lovely hotel, delux king room was very large with beautiful modern ensuite bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities and large wardrobe in separate dressing room. Nice and quiet hotel in quiet area which was restful after busy days sight seeing. Quite a walk to the tram stop 15 mins but there are buses too. One small recommendation would be have soft music on in the breakfast room as it was too quiet to talk in there openly but besides this very minor point loved our stay."

"The hotel is a wonderful and unique experience. The staff service was amazing. Two things that could be improved. It would be great if the recharging technology for phones and other electronics was up to par. Ideally there should be USB outlets scattered throughout the rooms. And finally, I asked the front desk to order a taxi and then I realize the shuttle driver was leaving in three minutes and so when I went to cancel the Taxi, I was charged €20 because he was already on the way. There should be a way for the Hotel of this quality and importance to be able to negotiate with taxi drivers and cancel the service without payment by the customer. Anyhow, that is my feeling. Have a wonderful day."
