"The Carlton was modern with nice rooms and pretty grounds. Staff was great, scheduled transportation early in the morning to the airport. Surrounding area was questionable, lots of graffiti and we felt a little unsafe on a couple of our walks. But, the hotel has a restaurant and bar onsite."

"Chosen for proximity to Bologna Central station. Sometimes hotels in these areas aren't the best this was pleasantly positive. Quiet, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast was more substantial than I expected, a nice added value. Recommend!"
