"Perfect house and location. Quiet! Nice to have a pool. The only thing missing are some kitchen accessories such as large plastic spoon and spatula. Easy communication with the manager, very clean, nice BBQ. I strongly recommand!!!"

"I’m so glad I found this rental for my stay in Curacao. I have stayed other places on the island (condos and hotels) and this home was the perfect balance. Clean, peaceful with amenities and a view. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The location can’t be beat. I only wish I the utilities weren’t so expensive ($88 for 3.5 days with minimal A/C use), a lot more than current rates for residents. Just be aware of this. Nonetheless, I would put Villa Shimaruku at the top of my list for my return...

"House was wonderful. Everything was clean, the outside pool and pergola (with hammocks) were perfect.Even though the houses are close together, it was always quiet and the landscaping really helped to make the space feel like a private oasis."
