The resort's beach is beautiful. The breeze is constant and relaxing. The facilities are dated, rooms need upgrading. There were only 3 restaurants operating.The 4th restaurant was closed for renovation. Compared to other all inclusives, the variety of food at the buffet was very limited and disappointing. The room's fully stocked mini bar in the fridge contained 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of soda. The resort's saving grace is the staff. All were helpful, and very friendly.

A nice moderately priced beach resort. Itā€™s not 5-stars. The beach is nice, snorkeling on site is solid, location to Mambo beach was great. The food was average at best. The vibe of the patrons was chill. The alcoholic drink options were less than average. The price for an all-inclusive was excellent.

The hotel was amazing! Beautiful beach that you can snorkel if that's your thing or just relax in the ocean! The pool bar was great with great servers.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food (both in the buffet and restaurant) is not terrible, but just okay. We made reservations for the Japanese restaurant on site, but we were scheduled for a Tuesday, which they are NOT open for... not sure how they could make that mistake. They have tasty tropical drinks (alcoholic) that change daily. While we were mostly there for the beach and pool, there are daily activities/entertainment (we played music trivia at the swim up pool bar - which wasnā€™t consistently staffed, I should add). The resort is in need of updating - which I heard they plan to do. Overall it was okay/good experience. Iā€™d give 3.5 if I could.

Resort was beautiful and they had events every night which was great BUT the food was meh, drinks were weak, lost electricity for an entire day and found a cockroach in our room. They did nothing to accommodate us for the loss of power and the icky bug we found in our bathroom. Overall not terrible.

My shower water was never hot, the room constantly smelled like sewage, mildew, and poop. However, everything else was fine. The best part about the resort is the people that work there, the alcohol, the beaches, and the ice cream. I cannot say that I would come back to this resort again.

Probably the worst resort Iā€™ve ever stayed in. My wife and I we were there to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and we left the hotel after the first night. The entire place in broken, no good food and service was just ok. Extremely disappointed with the experience weā€™ve had. I requested a refund which I was told I would get however the hotel is not allowing it. Guess I would have to hire a lawyer.

The buffet options was good enough and the food was tasty..The bar service however left alot to be desired. Felt like we had to beg to be served and the glasses used at the bar to serve customers were in a deplorable condition and should be replaced.

They need to announce restaurant closures and disappointed that they close 2 days per week. The buffet outdoors creates havoc with seating very problematic. The staff are what keep us coming back. Norma and Mimi just to mention 2.if the resort wants more inpuut feel free to contact me. We've been there over 4 ownerships in 25 years
