"Had a great week as a family of 5 with 3 teens/ preteens, boys love the pool and workout areas, the proximity to really cool windsurfing and the sea. The house had enough rooms to give everyone some privacy, cooking outside on the terrace was fun and kept the smells out of the house. There is to be a completely new kitchen next year, but it was well equipped and there was a good amount of storage space. The proprietor was helpful and friendly, responding quickly to queries. "Unser Aufenthalt im September in der Nachsaison ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war wie beschrieben. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es gab sogar Schnakengitter in den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnraum über die wir froh waren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (Bäcker, Intermarche, Restaurants etc.). Die Nähe zum Etang hat uns sehr gefallen. "

La rénovation récente de cette maison est une splendide réussite, par la qualité des matériaux, par la mise en valeur des pierres, par la grandeur de chaque chambre avec sdb et wc individuels, par l'agencement et l'équipement de la cuisine et l'espace confortable de la salle à manger et du salon. Pascale and Jean are brilliant hosts and thanks to Jean for the wine tasting - the wine is very good indeed and Jean’s informative and entertaining explanation of wine making was excellent. "A very homely cottage in the best location. Gruissan was brilliant and this cottage was perfectly located, a stone's throw from Gruissan village with multiple shops, boulangeries, restaurants and cafes. The cottage was just as described on the website and our family of four found it great. We didn't need to use the upstairs bedroom or bathroom at all! The owner was helpful and friendly when needed. We would visit again!"

"Walking distance from all the main shops (bakery, etc) and restaurants in Leucate Village. Less then 10 min by car to either La Franqui / Coussoles, Leucate Plage, or Port Leucate. Small bathroom, functional kitchen, and ample outside space (even a BBQ) to relax in the garden, terrace, or patio. Spotless on arrival and very kind reception by the local host Pierre. Our dog felt at home too. "
