Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel

"Parc 55 is a great place to stay if you like a convenient location. I was there 4 days, 3 nights and liked being close to the city centre, the train is really close so getting around was not hard. I would give this a 5, but my room was not cleaned during my stay. Other than that, you will enjoy it here."

"Well, it’s on the wharf so that’s nice Good View And they did have a hot tub that works, so that was very nice The only negative is the charge for the parking for 45 and it’s not easy to bring your luggage in in a few places But on the whole, it’s a pretty nice hotel. They do have a nice restaurant not cheap but decent food."

"Positives: Front Desk person ensured I had a quiet room/floor when asked for room pref. Clean King Bed and room. Friendly but overworked staff - 1 person manning Front Desk around noon and she was swamped and could use a 2nd person to man it. Decent restaurant with validated parking if you dine there for guests visiting. TV remote in plastic bag indicating a likely cleaned object. Most hotels forget that aspect. Noise level - good, quiet enough. But can still hear kids jumping up and down from top floor and parents doing nothing to stop it. (Families with children should all be on one side of the hotel so they can experience all that lovely noise and bond together.) Cons: Hotel Shuttle covers 2 addtl Hotels = long waits and not accurate scheduling as result. Nice drivers tho. Budget an extra 30-45 min due to this. Shuttle Tracking map is hard to navigate / estimate. Bathroom had a missing fixture for Shower valve cover and wrong directions for Hot Cold water. Not a dealbreaker but its worth fixing. Bathroom ceiling had a few holes. No blackout curtain clips to keep out sun out completely. Gym should be open longer into the night. Wifi spotty - keeps cutting out frequently"

The Marina Inn on San Francisco Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Overall very satisfied, considering the property is older and I only paid $100 for one night in the Bay Area. It was clean inside, the hallways smell clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast included boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, coffee and juices, waffles, pastries, bagels. I was a happy camper. The pool is outdoors. Surrounded by a fence with tall bushes that offered privacy. The water is not heated but it was swimmable with outside temp of mid 70s. Our room included complementary coffee and 2 bottles of water. Check out was noon. $18 parking, shuttle to Oakland airport and my main attraction was closeness to my favorite Marina park. They have Horatio’s and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance as well. Costco is only 10 mins away"
