"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. "The man that works there was extremely helpful and nice. Also very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms. My advice only is you get what you pay for and for the price it's perfect for anyones pockets. I have stayed in worse motels around Oakland and those rooms charge 80 -100 dollars for there rooms.
