"Really lovely stay. Excellent staff and my room was HUGE and clean. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but the hotel takes you right out of that vibe and turns it into a relaxing environment. I will definitely be recommending this hotel for anyone headed to SF."

"Parking is $70+ a day at the hotel. It was easier to park slightly down and across the street for a max of about $45 a day. There was no microwave in the room to warm food that had gotten cold but the security at the front door whose name I believe is Darold was great and took us to warm it in the connected restaurant. It served its purpose."

"The bed was a full, not a queen. The fire alarm malfunctioned and the entire hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night and we were told it was a circuitry issue. The TV did not work. This place sucked."

"The staff was terrific, The building was very old - which was part of it's charm. We felt that the hotel made everything as nice as possible .The linens were top notch. The sheets were soft and comfortable, the towels were plush and the highest quality. Everything was the best. They gave the impression that their guests felt welcomed and cared for. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were perfect! We will stary there again!"
