Great hotel. Staff was kind and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has so much personality. We will definitely be coming back.
The Sutter Mansion is gorgeous, historic and filled with original artwork. The bed was very comfortable. We had a few issues which were quickly rectified. Service is extraordinary.

Such a beautiful place, great location and super nice staff! We also loved the location and the quiet of our room. The staff needs to learn to make a proper espresso, truly. They could up their game on the atmosphere with music in the downstairs and maybe some live greenery. We were there at Christmas and the decorations were dismal. It is just short of how spectacular it could be. It wouldn't take much.
The great staff will attend to your every need. Lovely renovated property. Nice full breakfast menu. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. We will stay here whenever we are in San Francisco.
The hotel is beautiful, staff excellent, free breakfast great.. only complaint .. we were in suite 201… the only mirrors were in the bathroom.. my cousin was in suite 205… she had several mirrors in the suite and bathroom
We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s.
