My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

The emblem is a true gem. the staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we loved all of the creative touches if you are looking for comfort, fun and inspiration stay here.

I have stayed here numerous times. Each time has been outstanding and this time was no exception. Every area of my stay was top-notch but I want to single out the staff. Every stay, they have been amazing. They are so kind, considerate and welcoming. They have been consistently awesome and I appreciate it every time.

Super hotel well located good price

Super cute inn right in the heart of San Francisco. The staff was so kind and made our stay enjoyable. Wine and cheese from 5-7 was such a great bonus to the already awesome stay. I highly recommend booking here! I will be staying at the White Swann next time I visit the city❤️

When we arrived in the afternoon, we were told that the power was out and they had no time estimate for PG&E to repair the problem. It was specific to the hotel. They offered alternative accommodations at nearby affiliated hotels (Marquis & St Francis) at great prices, but we decided to stay at least until we had attended an event wiith friends.
