"The hotel itself is fine, at least those parts I experienced. The breakfast is "continental": mini-bagels, mini-croissants, mini-muffins, bananas, oranges, apples, hot water, & coffee. No milk (I don't drink coffee). The parking lot is there, but quite tight. Arrive earlier in the day for a spot. The hotel's street is one-way & nearby streets have significant no-left-turn or no-U-turn restrictions or are one-way themselves. Next door sister hotels have more parking. The area surrounding...

"This hotel is a quick walk to public transportation (highly recommend to utilize the muni. it's fast, affordable and easy to use!) near many places to eat, and have very warm and welcoming staff!"

"A little floored by the mandatory $20 fee for amenities. Especially because we were unable to use most of the amenities due to the radiation therapy received at UCSF. We felt we were paying $20 for two bottles of water. Overall the room was comfortable and clean."

"It was loud in the night sometimes and since it’s in the San Francisco city, there were a lot of homeless people (it’s normal for SF but you should definitely be aware of that!) other than that it was okay, there’s no own parking space from the hotel so we parked at a garage which was 35$ a day and it was good! "Very well located. 2 min. walking distance from Powell station where you can take a BART train, a cable car, a streetcar, the subway or a bus. The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Very positive experience for us."
