"The shower -tub, did NOT drain well....water built up to have standing water. Also, I wanted to take a quick wash up with only having the tub water, the shower head drippled water on my hair. This was the only negative Also wish there had been instructions for using the TV remote. I had to call for handyman service to show me HOW to use the remote."

"Although a frequent traveler to San Francisco, this was my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, and I wasn't disappointed. From check-in to check-out my stay was very nice. Friendly customer service, comfortable room and clean throughout the property. Cool on-site lounge/cocktail bar, although I wish the roof were accessible to guests w/ a bar up there, too. "The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. Locked front door and key card elevators gave a sense of security. However not the hotels fault but it's not the best area There are way worse though. In the hotel we are charged 40 a night for the resort fee. The 24 hour gym was not open 24 hours as I found out when I was going to work out at midnight cause I was restless. Apparently the Dirty Habit floor which is the 5th floor I think was not open on Sundays or Mondays as we found out when we went to...
