The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was so warm and welcoming every day. Antonio was our bartender one evening and he had the best stories and recommendations for things to do. We would love to start at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay for my work trip! Bre and Alfonso were incredibly welcoming and really did a great job in representing the establishment - can't wait to come back. Clean room and great restaurant - only downside is the location as it is located in the Tenderloin. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Very nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel and complementary wine tickets. The bar tender at there restaurant was very nice and I got there hamburger it was very good.
