Stayed for a week at this property. The area/streets on the left of the hotel doesn’t feel safe as there is a lot of homelessness. Being a woman I would not walk down there alone at night. There is security at the hotel itself which is good and feels secure so great work there.
The room itself was good, but the bathroom shower water pressure was very poor, the curtains didn’t even cover the entire bathtub so you kept feeling cold as well. The breakfast buffet is absolutely trash and not worth $60 USD. Hilton breakfast is typically great but was so so disappointing here and for me it’s around $80 CAD and for that price could get a steak brunch. The breakfast had the typical scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals and breads. Not even an omelette station. Honestly any holiday in breakfast for 1/4 price would be better.
However the cafe has good food and much cheaper. Would recommend eating there instead and save $. Overall, for a Hilton hotel I expected a lot more for the breakfast options and general bathroom facilities
