The SoMa Social Bar that’s inside the hotel is absolutely amazing and worth trying, the hotel staff was super friendly but there was a little miscommunication regarding fees, the pool and gym were great, the gym was nice, and the parking was great

A cute place the staff was extremely helpful and nice. The valet service is right as soon as you pull in which is nice. The pool was nice! The place is located conveniently for walking! Loved the bar and the bartender she was amazing!!

Family friendly hotel, kids loved it. Quite central, easy transportation links and the area felt quite safe day and night. Would revisit and stay here again. It would be useful to have a laundrette facility onsite and maybe something that could be considered in the future.

Room has some scuffs on the wall, no fridge or microwave, no A/C unit or screen on the window. Shampoo and conditioner were empty on arrival. But other than that, was a good stay, staff was great. They helped where they could and it was the perfect place to stay for the event we were going to. Parking was also rather nice and ended up being cheaper than it was advertised online so that was a nice surprise!

Friendly staff and were quick to get our room ready for last minute booking. They offered us a voucher for their restaurant next door which we didn’t use but I appreciated the offer regardless! On site security 24/7 which really gave us a peace of mind. If you’re staying on the south end of the hotel expect loud noises from the streets, but other than that I would stay again.

The staff were perfectly nice and the hotel is fine, if a little dingy. It's more a motel. The room was clean, but the corridors, and facilities (pool/gym, which is a seperate automatic charge) were run down. Location was convenient as i was attending a conference.

Soma house was right in the heart of Down Town San Francisco which gave us easy access all around. The hotels were nice but they did not come with AC. Rooms were nice and clean. Furniture seemed a little bit outdated but it was nice. Enjoyed my stay, the carpets were pretty run down in the halls and made it smell funky. I would give it a 3/5 because we got a really cheap price for our stay. Parking was expensive and other fees. But all in all it’s a good stop for a few days.

Easy to access and parking was quick and easy and safe via valet. There was a conference in town so pricing was marked up compared to what I would have thought Soma House would have been. It met our basic needs, but I wanted more for the price.
