"Our stay was short (1 overnight) but I was impressed by the friendly and helpful front desk staff,and the freshness of the room. The thermostat worked well -- the room stayed at a comfortable temperature without wild swings from cold to hot. Conveniently located near SFO airport. To catch our flight we had to leave before breakfast service began but we had access to hot coffee and hot water in the lobby--24/7, as well as yogurt and juice."

Parking looked very unsafe in an intimidating area.
Room was always muggy and could not keep fan air on unless the AC was going.
Bedding had holes, from what appeared to be cigarette burns. Sheets had yellow stains.
Tried canceling remaining 2 nights but hotel has strict cancellation restrictions.
Saw yogurt condiments, the night before, uncovered in a cabinet. Breakfast area is very small."
