The remodeled hotel is beautiful and the location is very good, right on Union Square. The Post restaurant has a nice happy hour and we had a delicious breakfast there. The room was well appointed and the bedding comfortable. My only complaint was the room cleaning. They made the beds and cleaned the bathroom as expected but failed to clean the coffee area and replace the complimentary coffee pods and water. When I alerted the front desk they did take care of it promptly.

Just finished a 3 night stay with a newborn and Beacon Grand represents great value in an unbeatable location in San Fran. However, it was the level of service that was amazing, Walli the manager, made the experience for us, he did his best to accommodate us on our first trip with our newborn and he made it amazing. Thank you again, we will be back.

Hotel is beautiful and well located. It is a little tired and some of the room fixtures are in need of a refresh- bathroom cabinets are water damaged. We also saw moths in our room and the the blinds had holes in them from those too. I’m not sure I felt it was great value for money. Also on Thursdays there is an awful EDM festival close by which is super noisy and unpleasant. I felt for $400 we would have hoped for a quieter stay- we were on the 20th floor and could still hear it.
