"We loved staying at this apartment in Vernazza. It was perfect. The location and town of Vernazza was like a dream. The town is so cute and you have the most perfect view from the apartment and terrace. This was our favorite place we stayed for our whole 2 weeks away. The house is clean and the host left us so many snacks. If you have the chance to stay here just book it already! You won’t regret it "

"Nowhere in the description didn’t mention 90 steps to the property, upon entering there was no electric and was told to go to the circuit box and flip switches, which was difficult to do in the dark . We were locked out on 2 occasions with the second time being dark, raining and cold. The key didn’t work. there’s no sink in the kitchen area.The only sink is in the bathroom. the 2 twin beds were extremely hard and could not be slept on. I book this property based on beds in description. The host was very responsive and as helpful as he could be from a distance away. He had to send someone by train to assist us. "

"Apartment was a great location and nice. Host was a poor communicator. Up until the night before when I called, there was ZERO response despite multiple messages and Whats Up Messages. The listing specifically says Dryer. There is no dryer. This was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. Very disappointing and when asked, Host ignored and acted like it was no big deal."

"We loved the balcony overlooking the creek below which also sounded lovely. The apartment was up in the a more quiet part of the town but only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, as well as the train station. It was the perfect spot!"

"Nicely located but hard to find! There are many stairs, so best if you have little luggage and are up to some stone stairs. It is closed on Sunday, so we missed out on breakfast on the last day. The manager was hard to get a hold of as well. A woman who lives in the area so that we were lost and called the hotel and the manager came to get us, as we were lost. It was charming and very helpful, the actions of both women. The bathroom was super cute with pink and white tiling, a peak-a boo view from the room was spectacular, but it can be noisy there on a Saturday night. There was a large amount of dust behind the door, right where you walk to get into bed, it was gross, I won't lie. I complained, but it was not rectified."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stefania‘s property. All communication was excellent, the check-in process was seamless. Her place was clean and cozy, with an amazing location just steps from all there is to do in Vernazza."
