5/5 Excellent
Stay in the Suite
"Very welcoming. We stayed in the suite which was huge with 2 separate bedrooms and small dining area in the middle and a separate bathroom. Service and food was excellent. Especially the evening meals in the restaurant on the ground floor, all homemade meals - recommend the beef and ale pie! Breakfast was good, plenty of options even with a fussy child.
There was confusion about parking at first but plenty on the main road and plenty in a public car park next door. There is actually some to the rear of the property for visitors but not very clearly identified. We weren't phased by being on a main road personally, we all slept very well. The little loch at the side of the hotel was a nice treat especially for a morning stroll. A local co-op next door to this too. Bakery and takeaways across the road if needed."
