"Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful in both hotel and casino. Gas stations, convenience stores and Burger King close by. Breakfast was good and a good selection. Coffee in the lobby was handy. Loved the doors opening automatically! Still confused with Boyd’s Rewards because would not let me register after I downloaded the app. Only negatives were slow elevator and second day I lost half of what I won the first day. We will be back!"

"If you are a FLW enthusiast, this is a wonderful little stay. The price was reasonable and we had so much fun wandering around the hotel looking at the little historic pieces of Frank's work. Although it has been restored, it appears that more work could be done to get it to pristine condition. The carpets are worn, which make it feel less than perfect. But exploring the little nooks and crannies and secret balconies was exciting. There is a little gift shop with a volunteer Wright enthusiast who was very engaging and ready to share details of the hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant surprise in Iowa!"

"The hotel shares the same campus as Diamond Jo Casino and is a 10 minute drive from Rice Lake Golf and Country Club in Lake Milks, IA. Myself and three friends enjoyed an excellent 24 hour golf and gambling getaway!"

"We enjoyed the sunset on the lake, but the next morning all the chairs and tables were picked up and we couldn't enjoy the area. The girls at the desk were very accomodating and we appreciated them."
