"We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this VRBO. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and a 14 year old to spread out. I was able to work half days in the kitchen area without disturbing anyone. The house is in walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Target and other shopping. Parking is on the street, but there was never an issue getting a spot right out front. We would highly recommend! "

"The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. "

"Beautifully appointed kitchen and bedrooms with glorious views, balconies and light filled spacious rooms. But not for small children or anyone with mobility issues. Many steps down to the front door with no railing for support. And the advertised hot tub is no longer functional. Parking for just one car and a steep road, typical of the Inverness area. (We fell in love with the national park and wildlife.) Two bathrooms and a guest bath are listed but there is really only one shower/bathroom and...

"The house is super clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with little car traffic. The house was well stocked and soft toilet paper and comfy beds. Highly recommend. "

"It was not the best hotel in southern Marin, but unless you are into an expensive boutique hotel, this is a great value. Plus there is one of the better coffee cart situations literally steps away. Nice people, clean room and convenient. What else do you need. "
