"We stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you."

Absolutely loved the outside kitchen… even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay."

"Everything about Hastingford fisheries was perfect! They really had thought of everything you might want or need for a couple of days away. "We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
