"NOTHING was too much trouble for the staff at this Hotel, the idea of Customer Comes First was instilled into every single person I came into contact with. The venue is a tribute to the Tourism Industry in Brighton I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Brighton "

"We love the easy proximity for bloc hotel. The idea is great but our room this time was quite grubby under the bed, where you are supposed to store your things - and the blind was damaged which meant that the light from the neon sign outside shone in all night. That being said, the staff were very quick to offer discounts for future trips, but it made an early flight slightly trickier through lack of sleep when it should have made it easier! That being said, it wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just check these bits before settling in for the night."

"There was a problem with the lights in the room. They kept turning off while I was in the room. This became serious after dark. The front desk sent an engineer to sort out the issue with the movement detectors. However the problem continued and he had to make a second attempt which was successful, so I could have a bath at last before sleeping well"

"The Roebuck has lot of character and offers a different property to the chain boxes. The staff are very good food is good, Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Located close to AA Milnes 100 acre wood the setting for Winnie the Pooh. Excellent value for money and a place i will use again"

"Hotel and room were great. The TV in the room I had only worked if you stream cast (so no freeview) Also the temperature control wasn’t great, despite set to 18 it was much hotter (making it difficult to sleep) and there was a night club right out side which didn’t stop till 5am and the sound proofing was great."
