"This is a very good and affordable hotel in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The hotel is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. "Only stayed for one night as we were travelling around the island. It was exactly as described and as I expected. Convenient location to the airport, blue bay and Mahebourg. Ideally you would need a car to get out of the resort and explore. Hotel has everything you need though. Big shopping centre 5 min drive away. "

Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"Lovely rooms , real ground coffee in the room ! Felt safe , lovely little touches around the property. If you don’t have a car you might be a bit limited but taxis are available. Plenty of parking at the hotel and car park outside. Breakfast was really good , "

The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids.

The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you.
We also dined at Amari by Chef Vineet Bhatia and this was also really great and so worth the visit!
The beach was absolutely beautiful too, white sandy beach with lots of loungers. However the swimming pool would have been great with more loungers.
We were celebrating our pearl anniversary and they gave us a few different treats that made it all feel very special.
Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!
