"The exterior of the room I was staying at was very dirty to the point that I actually cleaned it myself. They do have other rooms available that are much nicer, but unfortunately, I got booked for the night so nice area. The staff was very unfriendly and not very kind. It was very disappointing. I had to cancel my additional days I had booked. I will say they have a great breakfast that they provide for free and the property is beautiful less the disrespectful staff member members. "

I plan to make this my go to hotel when visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. "

"The Quality Inn at Fresno was great! Staff were very friendly and everything you could need is close by. Beds/room were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of Sequoia National Park, would definitely recommend! "

"1. One of the beds in the bedrooms collapsed and it took a few days for the host to send out a maintenance person to fix it. I had to follow up to make sure it was addressed. Because of this, one of my guests had to stay in a hotel because the bed wasn’t available.2. There were cockroaches behind the TV and even though I reported it to the host, nothing was done to address it.3. The place is riddled with inconveniences — one sink isn’t working, the towel rack is missing, the wifi keeps dropping and needing a restart. Terrible experience altogether."
