Old, musty, splintered wooden furniture, no water pressure in the shower, 70s style wallpaper that was peeling, non-working exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirrors constantly fogged up after a shower, pillows felt more like large handkerchiefs w/ little down filling in them, etc. "

"The hotel was amazing for the price. It was clean and spacious. It was everything you would want for a good night stay or vacation. It was close to restaurants and my family. I plan to make this my go to hotel when visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. "

"The Quality Inn at Fresno was great! Staff were very friendly and everything you could need is close by. Beds/room were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of Sequoia National Park, would definitely recommend! "1. One of the beds in the bedrooms collapsed and it took a few days for the host to send out a maintenance person to fix it. I had to follow up to make sure it was addressed. Because of this, one of my guests had to stay in a hotel because the bed wasn’t available.2. There were cockroaches behind the TV and even though I reported it to the host, nothing was done to address it.3. The place is riddled with inconveniences — one sink isn’t working, the towel rack is missing, the wifi keeps dropping and needing a restart. Terrible experience altogether."
