"Check in time was 3 PM and I showed up at 2:45 PM. They wanted to charge me $25 just to check in 15 minutes early. I knew at that point this experience was going to go nowhere but down. There was a time many years ago when this hotel was actually a nice hotel, that is nowhere near the case in 2026. The free continental breakfast is free for a reason because it would be a crime to charge anyone to eat what they call breakfast. The room is about as basic as you can get for a hotel room. It seemed very dated and a little dingy and dirty. There are way too many options in a city as big as Fresno and when I go back, the Ramada will definitely not be where I choose to stay."

"The room was good sized, quiet and clean. Breakfast meats varied from day to day and the breakfast selection was good. This hotel has great access to highway 41 and Shaw, making it easy to get around Fresno and beyond."

There is no bathroom counter space and transits hangout in and around the parking lot. I immediately checked out the next morning, which was a day earlier than expected. I booked a hotel around the corner which was 1000% better and had parking lot security. I do not suggest staying at the SureStay by Best Western in Fresno and wish I could get my money back. "
