Kitchen – Cook, chat, and create together in this well-appointed kitchen, complete with a Cuisinart coffee maker and built-in whole bean grinder—perfect for morning caffeine rituals or late-night cocoa.

Living Room – Large windows and sliding glass doors bring the outdoors in! Lounge on the comfy sleeper sofa while watching Roku TV with basic cable, or stream your favorite shows using your own logins.

Dining Area – Gather around the stunning “River Bed” resin dining table for meals, game nights, or simply hanging out with friends and family.

Comfort & Climate – Mini-split heat/AC units keep everyone cozy and comfortable year-round.

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with private access to the deck for morning coffee or starry nights.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with deck access and peaceful forest vibes.
Bedroom 3 – Fun bunk room: double bed on the bottom, twin on top, and twin pull-out trundle—perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.
Each bedroom has its own mini-split for personalized comfort

Max Occupancy: 6 guests total, day or night - No drop-ins, parties, or large gatherings. HOA area with Security.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM (County Ordinance)

• 1 next to the fence
• 1 in front of the garage
Pet Policy:
$120 Dog Fee per dog - Fully enclosed yard - For the safety of your pup and the home, please crate dogs when left unattended - Please pick-up after your dog
