"You might think Cattaraugus NY is in the middle of nowhere, but that's the point, isn't it? It's actually centrally located and has enough access to conveniences.The apartment is great, clean, well stocked, spacious. The hosts are awesome, just let them know if you need something. There is heat, but no A/C, which you probably won't need.I was in town as a break from camping and slumming it for weeks in the Buffalo area. Just being able to cook, do laundry and cycle the hilly roads down here...

"The property is amazing. Great location and very lovely. Separate spaces for two families if needed with the upstairs as a master suite with full bath and kitchen. Downstairs has two spacious bedrooms a kitchen and one and a half baths. Very close to the youth center also."

"Lovely stay at Bemus Point in this home. Kitchen was exceptionally well-appointed and we cooked a fair amount. Comfortable living space, welcoming porch, great beds and pillows. The portacrib was a bonus. A lovely big family stay for a long weekend. The location is perfect. Close to water and a minute walk to coffee, ice cream and some cute shops. We all enjoyed our stay!"
