"The owner was not helpful at all, every time we asked her anything she said read the message. When we wanted to check in, we needed a code couldn't find it so we called what happened she said read the message this went on for like 2 hours until she finally gave us the code via phone.The code was never in the message but she kept arguing it was and after i filtered my messages for the code it was not there.Also a problem is the message was in frech? "Diese Unterkunft liegt 600km von uns entfernt. D.h. Wir sind 4.30 Uhr losgefahren damit wir auch mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten in 2 Tagen besichtigen können. Vor Ort dann das böse Erwachen: keinen Vermieter angetroffen, ihn dann angeschrieben dass wir vor der Türe stehen, ob denn keiner kommt oder uns einen Schlüssel Code gibt. Antwort: nicht vorhanden. Dann FeWo Direkt angerufen: Antwort : die kümmern sich, wollen sich in 10 Min. bei uns melden… keiner hat sich gemeldet!! UNSERE BUCHUNG WURDE...

"Le couchage est lamentable, le frigo avait été degelé avant notre arrivée et il y avait plein d'eau partout, aucun consommable pour notre arrivé, le ménage n’était pas fini et personne répondait à la sonnette et nous a répondu au téléphone en insistant. "

"Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend the hotel if a stay is needed in this area. "

"Guess there was a traveling party of visitors, they had no room for dining in the dining area was confined to room to eat which was so isolating and lonely for my first visit to Paris. At no time was the area ready for other visitors just no could have had one or two tables open for other guests."

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

"Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and premises. Very practical and easy to access by car and to park near the main entrance. Perfect place for a stay over when on a road trip. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends and there’s nothing available to eat unless you take your car again to go someplace or you order fast food. "
