Please note the house is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development and hot tub hours are 8am-10pm. Failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
