"The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The hotel is unique but right on the water, along with South Road having loads of restaurants and pubs right around the corner. Also its proximity to Mersey Rail and 20min ride into city center in Liverpool is great. "

"Really nice stay. Used the spa facilities for 2 hours. Very relaxing and clean. Room was lovely - we upgraded to the loft rooms. Very spacious and had a separate bath and shower. Even a television in bathroom so could watch whilst having a bath. Bed was very comfy. Also went down to have dinner at the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Had breakfast buffet in the morning which was nice as well. Overall a very relaxing stay and looking forward to staying again. "

"Jonathan welcomed us as we arrived. He gave us a full overview about the area, touring options and the house facilities. He was very considirate and we worked a breakfast that suited our kosher diet. The house is AMASING! huge bed, beutiful bathroom, everything is nicely decorated. We didn't come with a car so we used public transportation (Uber, train). It worked great."
