Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern eine Woche in diesem großzügigen und schönen Haus verbracht und hatten insgesamt eine angenehme Woche. Wer in den Sommermonaten mit dem Auto die Insel befährt muss unbedingt eine Zulassung dafür beim Amt beantragen, um auf die Insel zu kommen (hat bei uns nach längerem Hin und Her geklappt). Die Ausstattung des Hauses war an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für uns als Familie auch lückenhaft (keine schattenspendendenen Sonnenschirme, keine Klimaanlage bei 36 Grad, keine Reinigungsgeräte wie ein Besen o.Ä., keine Waschschüssel für Handwäsche,…). Einen Tag hatten wir kein Wasser, weil die Zisterne leer war, aber das konnte ein Glück rasch behoben werden. Aber ansonsten ist das Flair des Hauses super, wir haben die Aussendusche sehr genossen und die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Noemi) hat sich sehr bemüht und uns gut versorgt. Zu einem der spektakulären Felsstrände kann man in 5 Minuten hinlaufen und die Umgebung war ansonsten auch sehr ansprechend. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub auf einer schönen Insel .

Hemos ido un grupo de 7 amigas y la casa ha superado nuestras expectativas. Súper bien situada, muy amplia, acogedora, cómoda y muy bien decorada. El único fallo es que no tenga piscina. Ya estamos esperando al año que viene para repetir!!

Casa del Sol es una maravilla en Formentera, al lado de Cala en Baster (recomiendo ir, es preciosa) y con todas las comodidades que te puedes imaginar. Estuvimos muy bien, y estamos deseando volver cada año. Por otro lado, la comunicación y las facilidades que nos puso Noemi son de agradecer, muy atentos y dispuestos. Repetiremos seguro!

Spacious and well located house in a quiet place. Very comfortable and easy to access. We were 6 people and a child for 10 days, very comfortable, although some details were missing, such as mosquito nets and renovating some furniture. But overall, quite satisfactory. We could repeat. Noemi, the girl in charge of logistics, very attentive and very efficient.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen, großen Haus sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation lief prima, die Schlüsselübergabe ganz einfach. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zur Bucht. Auf Formentera ist aufgrund der Größe der Insel sowieso alles relativ gut zu erreichen. Die Außendusche war der Hit in der Hitze. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Einzig die Mücken haben uns geplagt, das nächste Mal bringen wir Moskito Netzte mit :) Viele Grüße Christiane

Das Haus liegt zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis deutlich zu einfach: In der Küche fehlen eine gute Kaffeemaschine Unsere war undicht) und eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Aircon hat das Haus nicht. Mückengitter an den Fenstern oder Moskitonetze über den Betten ebenso nicht. Wir haben mehrfach Chemie spritzen müssen. Insgesamt ist das Haus grosszügig mit einer schönen überdachten Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die hintere Terrasse war schwer nutzbar, auch weil ein Sonnenschirm und gemütliche Sitzmöbel fehlten. Der Eigentümer hat an etlichen Stellen gespart, was sich im Preis nicht widerspiegelt. Insgesamt ok.

La casa è in una posizione meravigliosa sulla scogliera di calaembaster circondata dal silenzio e dotata di ogni comfort, peccato che in fase di prenotazione la proprietaria abbia omesso di dirci che per 3/4 persone avrebbe chiuso a chiave la stanza più bella della casa incluso uno dei due bagni, entrambe situati nella torretta al piano di sopra, arrogandosi il diritto di scegliere per noi in quale stanza avremmo dovuto dormire. Quindi ci siamo ritrovati con questa amara sorpresa al nostro arrivo. Se lo avessi saputo prima senz’altro avrei mscelto una proprietà senza limitazioni e che mi offrisse tutto ciò che avevo affittato. Peccato veramente!

Very pleasant and quite house whith a big garden.Rooms are big and you find everything you need. Amazing view from the terrace. To bad you can't appreciate it during the day as there is not shade.The kitchen is very well equipped (only missing a salad spinner for my use).

We spend our holydays in a wunderful,charming house and enjoy all the little ,lovefully things there. The house is located in a great area,sunset every morning as a surpriced imaging. All rooms are commotly and around the garden is great! We will come back as soon as possible.. Thanks for the very sympathic service all around!

The house is wonderful. It is better in the reality than on photos! It is confortable, full of light and air and very near to San Ferran. I loved it and I think that we will rent it again!

The property is in a perfect position, away from any noise and very close to beaches and Es Pujols. Although I did not meet the owner, he was very nice and provided for us a great holiday with no problems at all. The house is well-mantained and also very spacious.

The area is so lovely that we really fell in love with this place. Sigi was extremely nice and kind to us while dealing with all the details concerning our vacation. Bayron was also very nice and a simply perfect housekeeper and helped us whenever we needed something :-) Formentera is a real paradise on Earth, our favorite holiday destination!
