The staff could hardly understand a word of english, while we had to ask for very standard supplys such as toilet roles to be provided to the room."

The signage for Hongyuyuan hotel was not obvious, it is easier to find using address. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is an ancient building, do not expect perfect heating during winter. Food and massage are nearby, is very convenient. The hotel have an restaurant, the food is not bad"
