"The property itself was beautiful. However it is not centrally located and we did not have a car. There were no restaurants or stores to walk to. On top of that they had a private party and we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant, we went hungry after a long flight. The pool kiosk was not open. There were 3 waters in the fridge and no one at the desk to get more. Hungry, tired and frustrated was the start of our Italy experience!"

"My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. "This is a very modern and traditional hotel. If you're familiar with hotels in the United States of America this will feel like a traditional high quality property. Unfortunately, I only stayed for a single night so I didn't get to really experience all of the hotel's amenities. The bistro was nice. I had a larger lunch before arriving so for dinner I basically had an appetizer. It was good. Breakfast was a typical buffet style. There were plenty of options. Instead of a barista, an automated machine would make your coffee. It was quick, but I did miss that personal quality of a well prepared cappuccino in the morning. I stayed in early August so the restaurant was closed. It did look rather nice and I would have liked to try it."
